McDaniel College in Westminster is hosting a wide range of camps, clinics, and community events on its campus from June through late July 2026, covering youth sports, performing arts, college readiness, and more. Most programs require advance registration; all are open to the public unless otherwise noted.

Sports Camps

Several of McDaniel's varsity coaching staff are running skills camps this summer. The Green Terror Men's Soccer ID Clinic is Saturday, June 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., for high school players in grades 9–12 interested in collegiate soccer. The Green Terror Youth Soccer Camp runs Monday–Friday, July 20–24, for grades 2–8, with full-day (9 a.m.–3 p.m.) and half-day (9 a.m.–noon) options.

The Nike Football Skills Development Camp wraps up the summer slate, running Monday–Thursday, July 27–30, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, for ages 8–13, led by Head Football Coach Skyler Fultz '11. Contact [email protected].

Arts & Community Events

Harmony College East brings together vocal and performance coaches from the U.S. and Canada for classes and coaching in Barbershop singing for individual singers, quartets, choruses, and directors. It runs Thursday–Sunday, June 18–21. Visit midatlanticdistrict.com for details.

Juneteenth in Carroll, organized by Speak On It Act On It, will be held on Saturday, June 27, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on the McDaniel campus. The free, public event features live entertainment, music, food, and vendors. Email [email protected] for more information.

Common Ground on the Hill Traditions Week — workshops in music, visual arts, dance, and more led by instructors from around the world — runs Sunday–Friday, July 5–10, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. each day, with free evening events. Other Programs

McDaniel's Summer College Readiness Program, hosted by Student Accessibility and Support Services, offers rising high school seniors with diagnosed disabilities a three-night, four-day immersive college experience that includes a one-credit course.
