The Carroll County Celtic Festival takes place Saturday, June 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, June 14, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Carroll County Agriculture Center (706 Agriculture Drive, Westminster).

Now in its fourth year, the festival celebrates Celtic life and culture with traditional music, dance performances, craft demonstrations, food, and more. The event is held rain or shine, with most indoor programming in heated spaces.

What to Expect:

Attendees can experience artisans, dance performances, traditional music, clan tents, historic presentations, dance workshops, highland cows, and The Sword Experience.

A highlight this year is the return of Adrian Paul, best known for his role in the TV series "Highlander."
