The Rock 'n Run 5K presented by Rehab 2 Perform is coming to Westminster this Saturday, June 13, with a 5 pm start at the Carroll County Farm Museum (500 S. Center St.). The event is a twilight run organized in partnership with 100.7 The Bay, featuring live music and a DJ along the course and a post-race concert by Doc Marten and the Flannels once runners cross the finish line.
Registration is $49.28 (fees included) through race day at rocknrunmd.com. All participants receive an Under Armour race shirt, a finisher medal, free parking, and one complimentary beer for runners 21 and older. The course has a one-hour time limit (roughly a 19:35/mile pace), and jogging strollers are permitted. No dogs are allowed on the course or at the finish line festivities.
Packet Pickup
Race packets, including your shirt and bib, can be picked up on race day at the Carroll County Farm Museum from 3 pm to 4:30 pm. Organizers will have music and activities during the pickup window. Bring the QR code from your confirmation email; you may pick up for a friend with their QR code or written permission. The race starts promptly at 5 pm, so plan accordingly.
Post-Race Concert
After the race, Doc Marten and the Flannels will take the stage for a free post-race concert. Spectators who want to skip the 5K and come just for the party are welcome — no cover charge, no entry fee. The band starts at 5:30 pm.
A virtual 5K option is also available for $49.28, and a 0.0 Race (party-only entry) is available for $32.50 for those who want in on the festivities without the run.
Volunteers are still needed and will receive a T-shirt and two free taste tickets. To sign up, email [email protected] or visit the volunteer page.
Register and find the full runner info packet at rocknrunmd.com.
